RBC TOWER
Working for another company, BK served as the project director from permitting through substantial completion on Highwoods Properties 32 story, 750,000sf mixed use downtown high-rise tower. BK and team worked closely with the City of Raleigh, Highwoods Properties, Dominion Partners and Cooper Carry Architects to deliver the project in less than 24 months. The project included tenant buildout agreements for the RBC Bank U.S. Headquarters, and the law firm of Poyner & Spruill. BK managed the bid packaging and procurement process associated with (4) clients, (3) architects and over 110 subcontract agreements.
